Start with a conversation, not a contract
Tell us which part of the business is costing you time. The first meeting is free and there is nothing to sign at the end of it.

- Working week
- Sunday to Thursday
We answer within one working day. Write on Thursday evening and you hear from us on Sunday, because the working week here runs Sunday to Thursday and we would rather tell you that than have you wonder on Friday whether the message arrived.
No form. A person reads it — Sami, whose address that is.
We come to you
The first proper meeting happens at your office, with the people who do the work in the room. Riyadh is easy; anywhere else in the Kingdom, tell us and we will arrange it.
If someone introduced you to us, say who. Not for a discount — there is no discount. It tells us who already knows your business, which is usually the fastest way for us to understand it.
What to expect
- A reply within one working day, from a person, not an autoresponder.
- A short call to understand whether we are the right firm. Fifteen minutes. If we are not, we will say so and suggest who might be.
- A meeting at your office, with the people who do the work in the room.
- A written scope, price and date within a week of that meeting — or a written note explaining why we are declining.
What helps if you have it
None of this is required. It just makes the first meeting more useful.
- A rough description of the process that hurts, and how many people touch it.
- What you use today — ERP, accounting, CRM, spreadsheets, paper.
- Whether there is a date that matters: a ZATCA wave, an audit, a contract start, a new branch.
- A budget range, even a wide one. It changes what we recommend.
For engineers
We hire senior people only, and we say what the work is before we ask for a CV.
For partners
If you are a consultancy or an agency that needs delivery capacity behind your own brand, or a product vendor whose customers keep asking for customisation, that is a conversation we want.
