How a first project starts
Not with a proposal document. This is how a build starts; the other two services have their own short first step, on what we offer.
- Week zero, one meeting. We sit with the people who do the work — not only management — and watch the process that hurts most. Free.
- We pick one thing. Narrow enough to finish, real enough to matter. We quote a fixed price and a fixed date before you commit.
- You have working software inside the first month. Deployed, in use, with the source code handed over. Not a slide deck, not a prototype.
- Then you decide. Continue, stop, or take the code to someone else. There is no lock-in and nothing to unwind.
What you are actually risking
You do not pay for a month up front. Payment is by milestone, and every milestone is something running that you can open yourself — the first one lands inside the first fortnight, not at the end.
Stop at any milestone and you keep everything built to that point: the software, the source code, the documentation, and the cloud accounts, which were in your name the whole time. There is no notice period and nothing to unwind.
So the most you can be wrong by is one milestone. That is deliberate, because we are new and we know what we are asking you to take on faith.

We are new. Here is what that means for you
Mind Links was registered in Riyadh in July 2026. You will not find a wall of client logos on this site, because we have not earned them yet.
What we do have: years of delivery between us, in large international engineering organisations and in small companies where one person does everything. Work we built and own outright, which we can walk you through line by line. And a first engagement priced so that the risk of trying us is measured in weeks rather than quarters.
